 Descrizione

The complex's attraction lies in its peaceful location, in the area between the Sile River and the road to the Cavallino Coast, and in its proximity to sports facilities and to the Lido di Jesolo beaches, only 800 metres away. A landing stage on the Sile River will also make the JESOLO GOLF CLUB easily accessible from the sea

The connections to Venice and to its airport, as well as to the Venetian cities of Verona, Treviso and Padua, are excellent. This unique geographical location will make it possible for visitors to alternate enjoyable games of golf with interesting trips to Venice, which is easily reached by sea, as well as to other art cities and attractions in the region.
JESOLO GOLF CLUB. Approximately 900,000 m2, with construction planned for an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, holiday village with apartments and villas, golf hotel for golfers, pool, beauty farm, fitness centre, tennis courts and children's playground.

A magnificent golf course will be built at JESOLO, within which we will also build elegant apartments and villas, all facing the greens.

The course – 18 holes, with 3 additional holes for beginners - will have all the features of a tourist course while at the same time giving golfers the impression of playing on a demanding course.

Bunkers and artificial lakes will be positioned along the course, so as to make it an effective testing ground for more experienced golfers, and will make the course suitable for top-level competition championships. Given the very sandy nature of the soil, the project entails creating a series of mounds between the holes, similar to large sand dunes, and planting a large number of trees and plants indigenous to the local environment. What makes the course unique is the excellent quality of the soil, which drains perfectly.
