Ascea is a small town that is located in the province of Salerno, entered a remarkable natural context where the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano. It rises above a hill about 235 metres above sea level and just over 4 km far from Ascea Marina, part of the resort town of Ascea but much better known tourist.

Ascea Marina indeed is a well-known seaside resort, thanks to its modern structures and the kindness of residents who show great hospitality predisposition probably everything is due to the fusion of various cultures from various parts of Italy but also from foreign countries.

Ascea Marina boasts a beautiful beach, about 5 km and characterized by a large sand grain, making it almost from soft walking barefoot, and also is very clean since it is almost devoid of dust perhaps due to the fine sand. There is also a cliff in the past remained completely untouched by difficult access for tourists.

In Ascea Marina sea is crystal and clear, and in summer invites dip in its waters. But even in winter it is very nice to visit, not as calm as in summer but it's nice to stop and watch gales that here is lower.
